"Hot Girls Wanted"

So NetFlix has this new documentary up called "Hot Girls Wanted". I thought I would check it out. It's about the porn industry and young women getting into it.

I thought the first part of the movie wasn't bad. It was sort of like an interesting reality show about a group of young women who were trying to make it in porn and just starting out. A behind the scenes look at a world that I find sort of interesting.

Then things started to get weird.

The first thing that was weird for me was that in the middle of the film a new girl shows up at the house and it's Brooklyn Daniels. She was at the GB club I go to a few months ago and I fucked her. So there on the screen of this major documentary was a woman I had fucked recently. She comes across as sweet but also very naive and innocent. You see her come up with her porn name, take her first publicity shots, and then drive off to her first porno shoot. It was sort of weird for me to watch it and then think that I fucked her less than a year after this was filmed. This was a first for me!

I also wondered how much of how they portrayed her was a product of the editing? Were they portraying her as sweet and innocent and then she would be corrupted and ruined by the porn industry?

Then the movie itself got weird for me. All of a sudden it seemed like it focused on one of the ladies who was struggling with it all. She goes home and her mother confronts her and begs her to give it up. It all seemed totally staged. She has deep talks with her boyfriend that are filled as well. The whole movie then seemed to turn into a thing about this girl getting out and how awful the porn life had been. Why did she make such a huge mistake and do something so stupid? So at first I thought I was watching something that might be sort of sex positive. Then it ended up being this weird slut shaming anti porn thing.

So I suppose it was interesting for me to watch on a personal level because I've had sex with one of the stars of the film. That's never happened to me before! But I wouldn't bother watching it otherwise. 1 star.
