There's something that's we've learned over the years that seems obvious when you point it out but it took us a while to figure out... you just never know what another couple is into and what sort of couples they find attractive.
It sounds so obvious when you point it out but when we started in the lifestyle we looked for couples that pretty much looked like us. We assumed that since we were attracted to each other that we should look for couples that looked like us. It seems logical in a way. We were somewhat surprised when the first couple we played with turned out to be a stocky guy and a tall leggy blond. Sort of the complete opposite of us. I'm the tall skinny guy and Maria is the shorter curvy brunette.
Over the years we've been surprised sometimes when couples we thought would never be attracted to us were totally hot for us. We've also been surprised when couples that we thought seemed to be very much like us weren't into us. The point is you just never know.
It sort of makes it hard in a way! When you see a couple on a swinger site that you think is hot how do you know if they'll think you're hot also? We've learned at this point to be more patient and let folks reach out to us. It seems easier to just respond to the folks who are interested in us in the first place. We get enough interest that we have plenty of fun!
But you never know. Sometimes younger folks are into older folks and vice versa. Sometimes the thin couples are into the more thick couples and vice versa. Sex is awesome and amazing in that you just never know what will turn individual people on...
